Job description
As a Strategy Associate at Leanor, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing business transformation projects for our clients. You’ll work closely with consultants and senior leaders to analyze operations, identify growth opportunities, and develop actionable strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and market analysis to support client strategy development.
- Collect, interpret, and analyze operational and financial data.
- Assist in the design of process improvements and performance frameworks.
- Create presentations, reports, and visual insights to communicate findings.
- Support client workshops, strategy sessions, and project execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- 1–3 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with data tools is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
