As a Training & Development Specialist, you will design and deliver learning programs that empower employees to adopt new processes, tools, and ways of working. Your role will focus on building capabilities, closing skill gaps, and driving long-term organizational success through effective training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to client needs.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Assess training effectiveness and measure learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment between training and organizational goals.
  • Develop user-friendly materials such as guides, manuals, and e-learning content.
  • Stay updated on learning trends and apply innovative approaches to employee development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in training, learning & development, or instructional design.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to create engaging training content (digital and in-person).
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
